Services

Model Maker Solution provides architectural scale model-making services. Each project is governed by a separate agreement outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. A written quotation becomes binding only when accepted by you in writing.

Quotes and Payment

Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request and may change if the scope of work changes. Payment terms are stated in the project agreement. Models are delivered once any agreed deposit and final payment are received.

Intellectual Property

All designs, models, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Model Maker Solution until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the physical model passes to you. We retain the right to photograph and display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, including drawings and specifications, and to communicate changes promptly. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Model Maker Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
